Who we are

SpecSend is a trading name of Pragma Digital Labs, S.L., a Spanish company. For everything on this page, Pragma SL is the data controller unless we say otherwise. Contact: hello@specsend.uk — it reaches Jesse or Adrià, not a queue.

If you received an email from us

We write to people at UK companies in a business capacity. Your name, role and work contact details came from public professional sources: your company website, LinkedIn, job advertisements, Companies House and similar registers. We process them on the basis of legitimate interest (UK GDPR art. 6(1)(f)) — relevant, low-volume business correspondence about roles your company is hiring for.

Every email includes a working opt-out. Use it — or write “email preferences” to hello@specsend.uk— and you go on our suppression list permanently. We don’t email individuals in Spain or Germany at all, by policy.

If you’re a recruitment agency working with us

Your candidate data stays yours. When you share database exports with us, we act as your processor under a written processing agreement signed before any data moves: your instructions only, no reuse across clients, deletion on request or at contract end. Candidate profiles are pitched anonymised; a candidate’s identity is only ever revealed by you, in your own process.

If you used the form on this site

We use what you submitted (work email, niche) to build and send the demand map you asked for, and to follow up about it. That’s it — no list rental, no resale, no newsletter you didn’t ask for.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, object to processing, or ask for a copy. Email hello@specsend.uk and we answer within a month.

Complaints about how we handle personal data go to the same address: we acknowledge within 30 days (in practice, far sooner) and tell you what we found and what we changed. You can also complain at any time to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) or the Spanish AEPD (aepd.es).

Retention & tooling

Suppression-list entries are kept indefinitely (that’s what makes the opt-out permanent). Prospect records we haven’t contacted or that go stale are deleted within 12 months. Client candidate data follows the processing agreement. Our email and form tooling runs on established providers (Google Workspace, Vercel, Resend); we don’t run ad trackers on this site.
